Toujours difficile \u00e0 dire, mais une chose est s\u00fbre ; les commerces ont rouvert, l&#8217;\u00e9conomie sort lentement de sa torpeur et la vie sociale nous berce \u00e0 nouveau de son agr\u00e9able tumulte. La vie reprend ses droits et la communication aussi. Bienvenue dans le &#8220;new normal&#8221;!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans ma <a href=\"https:\/\/trends.levif.be\/economie\/high-tech\/numerik\/pourquoi-votre-entreprise-ne-doit-pas-deserter-les-reseaux-sociaux\/article-opinion-1277501.html\">derni\u00e8re chronique<\/a>, j&#8217;insistais sur le fait que les annonceurs devaient faire preuve de courage et de coh\u00e9rence en ne d\u00e9laissant pas leurs audiences sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux pendant cette p\u00e9riode de &#8220;no-business&#8221;. Ceux qui l&#8217;ont fait en auront, pour la plupart profit\u00e9 ! La demande en visibilit\u00e9 s&#8217;est effondr\u00e9e, et, avec elle, le co\u00fbt du m\u00e9dia. Sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, les tarifs publicitaires ont m\u00eame battu des records \u00e0 la baisse en s&#8217;affichant au mois d&#8217;avril jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 trois fois moins cher qu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;accoutum\u00e9e. Moins de marques, plus de personnes sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, plus actives \u00e9galement, et la pub \u00e0 un co\u00fbt moindre. Telle \u00e9tait l&#8217;\u00e9quation gagnante de ce confinement.<\/p>\n<p>Mais quelles conclusions en tirer ? Comment le COVID-19 aura modifi\u00e9 l&#8217;environnement communicationnel des entreprises ? A mon sens, cette m\u00e9tamorphose intervient \u00e0 trois niveaux : la valeur ajout\u00e9e soci\u00e9tale de votre action en tant que marque, la nouvelle acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la digitalisation de la communication et enfin l&#8217;av\u00e8nement de l&#8217;\u00e8re Tik Tok.<\/p>\n<h6 id=\"below_para_2\"><strong>Act right<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Cela fait plusieurs ann\u00e9es que la notion de &#8220;meaningful marketing&#8221; est notamment promue par la Belgian Association of Marketing. Concr\u00e8tement, il s&#8217;agit pour les marques, de ne plus faire de marketing. Ou en tout cas, de faire plus que du marketing ! Il s&#8217;agit de penser l&#8217;ensemble de son action en tant qu&#8217;entreprise de mani\u00e8re sinc\u00e8re et b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour l&#8217;utilisateur final. Dans ce cas, le marketing ne se distingue plus du business et une communication cr\u00e9dible \u00e9mane naturellement de l&#8217;organisation.<\/p>\n<p>On est au-del\u00e0 du story doing dont on a r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement entendu parler. On est dans l&#8217;incarnation. Personnellement, je pense que les entreprises doivent continuer \u00e0 aligner leur fa\u00e7on de faire du business aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices qu&#8217;elles offrent aux consommateurs. En effet, la p\u00e9riode que nous venons de traverser aura fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir un bon nombre d&#8217;entre nous sur son rapport au monde et \u00e0 sa consommation. La r\u00e9putation des entreprises est au centre de l&#8217;attention dans cette \u00e9conomie de la confiance et on ne se laissera plus aussi facilement bercer d&#8217;illusions.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Le digital en \u00e9bullition<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Vous avez sans doute entendu des entreprises clamer haut et fort qu&#8217;elles vont allaient se tourner de plus en plus vers le digital. La derni\u00e8re en date est l&#8217;enseigne Zara du groupe Inditex qui projette de fermer plus de 1 200 points de ventes et d&#8217;investir massivement dans sa digitalisation. Cette derni\u00e8re s&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e8re et, avec elle, la fa\u00e7on de communiquer. Comme le pr\u00e9tendent pas mal d&#8217;experts, on a gagn\u00e9, en 2 mois, quelques ann\u00e9es d&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rents pans de la communication digitale, dont les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, auront un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 jouer dans ce nouveau contexte. Ils joueront un r\u00f4le dans la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de trafic et la conversion sur ces sites d&#8217;e-commerce. Ils viendront plus que probablement, \u00e0 moyen terme, se substituer aux actions d&#8217;activation et de sponsoring tant les restrictions et l&#8217;incertitude sont grandes autour de la sortie de crise de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e8nementiel, de la culture et de nos contacts &#8220;physiques&#8221; plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>A new kid in town<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Enfin, le confinement a d\u00e9finitivement propuls\u00e9 Tik Tok au rang des r\u00e9seaux sociaux \u00e0 suivre dans les prochains mois. Tik Tok, c&#8217;est LE moyen de contrer l&#8217;ennui tout en restant cr\u00e9atif pour les jeunes. Gra\u0302ce a\u0300 son format de vid\u00e9os courtes, il est quasiment impossible de s&#8217;ennuyer sur cette plateforme. L&#8217;application a compris la formule magique pour tenir en haleine ses utilisateurs : du rythme, du divertissement, de la musique et de la viralit\u00e9\u0301. Aujourd&#8217;hui, TikTok est un des seuls r\u00e9seaux sociaux a\u0300 pouvoir titiller les ind\u00e9tr\u00f4nables Facebook, Instagram, Youtube et consorts. C&#8217;est d\u00e9sormais un acteur dont il faudra \u00e9valuer la pertinence dans le cadre de nos strat\u00e9gies sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"last-paragraph\">L&#8217;innovation est cette incroyable intersection entre l&#8217;imagination d&#8217;une personne et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 dans laquelle elle vit citait Ron Johnson CEO, JC Penney. Le marketing qui fait du sens, la tr\u00e8s puissante r\u00e9-acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la digitalisation et l&#8217;av\u00e8nement de Tik Tok sont le reflet de l&#8217;\u00e9volution des mentalit\u00e9s au cours de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et semaines.
