La dimension communicationnelle du social est donc assez bien couverte. Nous pensons qu\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire de pousser un maximum la connexion du social avec le business. Toute action sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux doit \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9e sur des KPIs business forts. L\u2019approche doit \u00eatre rentable. Les annonceurs et les agences doivent penser de concert dans une optique d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la structure de marge.<br \/>\nEt il est temps pour les agences de performance comme la n\u00f4tre de contribuer \u00e0 la modernisation des business mod\u00e8les des entreprises. Surtout apr\u00e8s cette p\u00e9riode Covid, nous devons nous focaliser pour eux sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de chiffre d\u2019affaires, de leads commerciaux ainsi que sur l\u2019enrichissement de bases de donn\u00e9es.<br \/>\nC\u2019est une grande attente du march\u00e9 : l\u2019approche ROIste du marketing est aujourd\u2019hui un standard tr\u00e8s fort. Standard qui s\u2019est ancr\u00e9 encore plus profond\u00e9ment avec la digitalisation galopante amorc\u00e9e par la COVID-19.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"chapter_pourquoi-mettre-un-focus-sur-les-reseaux-sociaux-dans-une-optique-de-performance_2\">Pourquoi mettre un focus sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux dans une optique de performance ?<\/h2>\n<p>Il y a diff\u00e9rentes raisons \u00e0 cela. Tout d\u2019abord, des faits : les r\u00e9seaux sociaux sont l\u2019une des principales sources de trafic sur les sites marchands europ\u00e9ens. Ils sont aussi consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme le canal le plus efficace de \u00ab drive-to-web \u00bb selon la derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate Matrix. Enfin, c\u2019est un outil exceptionnel d\u2019optimisation de la conversion gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 toutes les possibilit\u00e9s de retargeting.<br \/>\nEn outre, faire de l\u2019acquisition sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux demande deux comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s \u00e0 notre sens : la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et la technique. En effet, on parle ici de contenus visuels et pas de mots-cl\u00e9s. Ces contenus visuels doivent \u00eatre engageants et inviter \u00e0 l\u2019action. De plus, nous sommes dans la sph\u00e8re du social, la seule o\u00f9 les audiences peuvent dialoguer avec les marques. Cette dimension aussi doit \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e pour une cr\u00e9a efficace.<br \/>\nEnfin, les plateformes sociales sont devenues des outils marketing tellement sophistiqu\u00e9s qu\u2019il faut une expertise de pointe pour en tirer la quintessence.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"chapter_un-dernier-mot_3\">Un dernier mot ?<\/h2>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, MKKM fait une promesse simple : g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la croissance gr\u00e2ce aux r\u00e9seaux sociaux.
