We are looking for a passionate Business Developer to join our growing team. This position will be critical in helping us capture the market opportunity in the evolving digital marketing space. With more and more brands aware of the need for content that captivates and inspires, you will help MKKM show how we can enhance social media strategy and drive visibility for our clients.
Your mission (if you accept it!)
- Prospecting and Development 🔎
Identify the great Belgian SMEs that stand to gain by investing in impactful content. Whether through messaging, phone calls, events, or networking, you know all the ways to make an impact!
- Build and maintain a network 🧑‍🤝‍🧑
Become the go-to person for marketers and communicators! Meet and engage with marketing and communication managers to convince them of the power of content creators in their social and branding strategy.
- Position MKKM as a strategic partner 🎬
Show how our team and our 150 partner creators turn a simple video into viral content. Your goal? Prove that we are the agency that truly understands and masters visibility, branding, and online engagement.
- Negotiate and close deals 🤝
You will contribute to business proposals using our internal library of tools and presentations. You will ensure you follow prospects through to contract signing, and close major deals in partnership with Mathieu, our Managing Director, on key accounts.

Whom are we looking for? đź‘€
- Experience: 3-5 years in business development, new business acquisition, or sales within the digital marketing space.
- Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, including agency work (tech, performance, creative, social media, influencer marketing).
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive sales and close deals.
- Languages: Native Flemish (Dutch-speaking), with bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Mindset: A “Hunter” approach, with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
