📣 What we’re looking for:

A Head of Creation capable of making waves in the world of social media, with the following main responsibilities:

• Creating impactful and engaging content: Your main role will be to design visuals and creative concepts that not only capture attention but also turn our clients into social media stars. You’ll be ahead of trends, innovating, and proposing captivating and engaging content.
• Copywriting and storytelling: Words have influence, and you know how to use them to craft compelling narratives that inspire and connect with audiences. Whether it’s for powerful posts or comprehensive creative strategies, you’ll be responsible for telling stories that leave a lasting impression and spark genuine interest.
• Team management and creative direction: You’ll be leading our dream creative team. As the person responsible for all creations that leave MKKM, you’ll supervise, guide, and inspire the talents to ensure every production is flawless, innovative, and true to MKKM’s DNA. You will also manage the creative team’s planning, ensuring that each project is delivered on time while prioritizing the different ongoing projects. You’re an expert at handling multiple stakeholders, meeting tight deadlines, and juggling various projects with ease.

🧳 What you’re bringing with you:

• At least 5 years of experience in creative design, with solid experience in Social Media (and if you’ve worked in an agency, that’s even better!).
• Bilingual in FR-EN, and if you speak Dutch too, it’s a jackpot!
• A mastery of Adobe Creative Suite. Whether it’s Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro, you use these tools like a pro.
• A true talent for multitasking without ever losing track: you can deliver quality projects while meeting even the tightest deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to share your ideas and coordinate with different stakeholders.
• A true team player, capable of motivating others and working collaboratively to achieve even bigger results.
• A sharp eye for detail, because you leave nothing to chance. You’re the person who turns a good design into a “wow” creation!
